Wakefield Investments is offering a new convenient way for you to pay your rent online via a secure Online Tenant Portal. Sign up by Dec 2nd, 2018 and you will be entered into a Raffle! Drawing will take place on December 3rd.

How to get started:

1. Visit wakefieldinvestments.appfolio.com/connect and click Request Access to the Portal at the bottom.
2. Fill in the fields with your name, phone, and email.
3. You will then receive an email with a link to your personal, secure Online Portal.
4. Create a password and access right away!
We offer you the following payment options:

eCheck (100% free to you!)
Enter your routing and account numbers in your secure Online Portal to pay rent or any other
charge directly from your checking or savings account.

Credit or Debit Card
Use your debit or credit card to pay rent or any other charge through the secure Online Portal. (An online convenience fee applies and is based on your monthly rent charges).

Electronic Cash Payments
If you choose this method, we will provide you with a reusable PaySlip that you can use at 7-Eleven, CVS, Ace Cash Express, or Casey’s General Store to pay your rent in cash (a $3.99 transaction fee applies;¬¬¬ $1,500 maximum per transaction).

We are happy to provide a new fast and convenient way for you to make your rent payments online through our provider, CLICK PAY.  We invite you to create an account with CLICKPAY and begin making automatic recurring or one-time monthly payments online.  Payments can be made online by e-check (ACH)  from a bank account for FREE and by major credit or debit card for a fee.  rent is due on or before the 1st of every month.  Late fees will apply after the 30th.

Ocean Point Apartments will be offering an online rent payment service on or before November 1, 2017.  Residents will have the option of paying online with a debit card, credit card, or via ACH.  Residents can sign up for recurring monthly payments so that their rent is paid on time every month.  Additional information will be sent out in the coming weeks on how to sign up.  We look forward to offering this “SMARTPAY” service to our residents in an effort to make their rental experience as seamless & efficient as possible.

Dear Residents:

The Pool is now open for the summer season.  Please do not bring any glass into the pool area and keep it as neat and clean as possible.  Chairs have been provided for residents to use; please bring your own towels.  Their is “No Lifeguard on Duty” so please swim at your own risk and supervise children under the age of 18; at all times.
